Our Story
Darcy Baiton, ACP/ CEO, founded ARRIS in 2005 under the former Trade Name Tactical Emergency Medical Services (TEMS) Inc. For 13 years, TEMS proudly served Western Canada, Ontario and the NWT. TEMS was a powerhouse in the industrial sector, public standby events, special events, sporting and motorsport events. Before setting out on his own, Darcy practiced as an Advanced Care Paramedic for Cold Lake Ambulance, Parkland Ambulance Authority, Flight Paramedic for the Shock Trauma Air Rescue Society (STARS) and the Palliser Health Authority in Medicine Hat.
